Skills in various areas in the hospitality industry
Woow it was a hard thing to get the best time in the time now, even more so today is not that hard to keep the quality of the work would be commensurate with the level of work efficiency and skills of a particular field.
Before this a lot of my time only focus on a particular field and a much improved my skills were only on the field, even on the assumption that I was a thing quite well, but if we want to have excellent skills and extensive scope of domination we are going to be great, is a good thing we tried another field that is not related to the skills that we are involved in before.
Actually there are a lot of good if we try something new out mainly in connection with this work, one's why many employers prefer workers who have a lot of skills and have different capabilities.
For example in hospitality there are various fields that are related to each other, although each department has different tasks but they have a goal of keeping the welfare of staff and provide the best service to guests.
Why learn different disciplines to provide the best service to guests, let one of the reasons most hotels are not able to estimate when the busiest time so difficult to take care of the guests who come with good.
One of the best examples of food and beverage that requires skilled staff in managing the affairs of a restaurant or banquet, where staff in the food and beverage is not enough to handle many guests complain it is very likely to occur.
What will happen if this happens, most likely it will suffer a loss of potential guests can bring benefits to the hotel, where all the staff in different departments have expertise in the field of food and beverage, I'm sure they can lend a hand to help other departments.
In my opinion the benefits have a variety of skills not only to increase productivity but we were able to give the best service to guests while improving hotel profitability and reduce the cost of hiring partime.
In this way we are not only able to improve relationships with staff in other departments but was able to give a good view to the guests coming to the hotel and this can increase a good impression among the other hotel.
