Who does not know the drink rice wine that is not only very famous among Sabah but is now gaining attention around the world, especially the feast intensity just warm in talking among Sabah recently in KDCA or better known as Kadazan cultural association ,

Storage requirements and Lounge:Tajau (clean tajau using leading leaf to avoid fermented sour taste)Tarap leaves or cloth.Nylon rope or rattanStraw or bamboo place to breathe.
Taboos during fermented:Can not make a noiseCan not fight / quarrel`Can not go 'over the rice and yeast
By tradition Kadazandusun if abstinence is not followed to the fighting and things are not desired by the drink fermented, it is difficult for me to explain as I am also not one who likes to drink the alcoholic in other words it has not ever happened to on myself.
